Description

hrev49629 x86_gcc2 Trying to play .MOV video causes immediate crash of MediaPlayer (debug report attached) Loading same .MOV file into MediaConverter also causes immediate crash (debug report attached) Syslog from hrev49629 x86_gcc2 attached

Copied the file to Alpha 4.1 partition on same HDD, same PC Alpha 4.1 MediaPlayer plays the file without crashing (screenshot1) Alpha 4.1 MediaConverter loads file without crashing (screenshot2)

This sample clip went missing from my collection some months ago, and much to my surprise PulkoMandy had it all along.

I have retested with current nightly (hrev51069 x86_gcc2) and the issue remains unresolved on this platform. It is working on x86_gcc5 hybrid.

I have taken the liberty of assigning this ticket to an active dev, so that this ticket isn't lost.
