Boot menu: Highlight sub menus differently

Description
Since I have to revert to an older Haiku revision on each boot (awesome feature!), I am visiting the boot menu more often. It occurred to me that when I go into a sub-menu, the sub-menu is highlighted with a red background. This distracts strongly from the currently selected menu entry. I have to move up/down to confirm where the selection is. If the sub-menu title were to be displayed with red text on black background, using a different background would be reserved for the currently selected menu item.
