List views sort criteria is shown when switching to Icon view in Tracker. In the System Folder subdirectories it is getting hidden when changing view mode. In the User Folders the labels aren't changed to the chosen locale as well.

To reproduce: latest nightly: 50147 Boot and choose english or german as language. Boot into Desktop. Open home folder in Tracker and change to icon view. Close home Folder and open Haiku volume. Close Haiku Volume and open home folder again.
