Description
Ie. the key between the right Win key and the right Ctrl.
Maybe this key should be used to bring up context menus instead?

What should the key be used for then? I personally find it pretty handy to have the possibility to bring up context menus with a key. At a second thought I think I prefer to use the key that way instead. If the key is unused, I don't see why not.

in revision 29153, pressing the Menu key gives focus to Leaf Menu. Tested with a ps/2 keyboard.
Switching to general in hopes someone claims this to set to resolved/fixed.

Don't worry, the changes don't go unnoticed. There's a bug mailing list that many of the devs are subscribed to.
You can configure SpicyKeys to do so by sending 'BeMn' to the Deskbar. I don't know if we should have built-in method for this.
