Description
Haiku currently supports only a single CX2388x card made by Hauppauge.
There are a number of other CX2388x cards that could be supported.

We only support the Hauppauge Nova-T DVB-T rev:3 [0x0070, 0x9002], but there is also the rev:1 [0x0070, 0x9000], the rev:2 [0x0070, 0x9001] and the similar KWorld V-Stream Xpert DVB-T rev:2 [0x17de, 0x08a6].
All of these should work if we added them to the driver.
