Description
If an application is missing certain libraries, then when executed, it will give the error message:
'Could not open application 'x' with application 'x'. Not an executable.
Note, this same message is given when executable binaries are left on the boot disk and the disk isn't synched. When Haiku restarts, the binary will be corrupt and unable ot execute.
