Finnish keyboard layout

Description

There is easy way to implement Finnish keyboard layout. It's same as Swedish keyboard layout. So, just make a new copy from Swedish one and rename it as Finnish keyboard. Ofcourse there is some work to get it added to menus and other needed places.

What are those "other needed places"? After I've copied Swedish.keymap to Finnish.keymap, it showed up in the Keymap preferences.

Ok. I just didn't know how keymaps are implemented in Haiku. So, I imagined there had to be some other places where to put some code to get new keyboard layout usable.

I would also add these to "Swedish => Finnish" :

Slovene => Croatian US-International => Brazilian
