Document keyboard navigation in Userguide

The "Keyboard shortcuts" section of ​https://www.haiku-os.org/docs/userguide/en/gui.html seems entirely devoted to Tracker shortcuts. There should probably be, either there or somewhere else in the Userguide, documentation of the keyboard navigation shortcuts (e.g. Cmd+ESC to activate a menu.)

Ah, I see now, there is the page ​https://www.haiku-os.org/docs/userguide/en/keyboard-shortcuts.html. But this isn't linked from the "Haiku GUI" page, and it is also multiple items down in the contents page (below Tracker even...)

Yes. The shortcuts on the GUI page is a sub-chapter to the file panel. I'll add a link to the general shortcuts page and move that one in the contents page up right under "Haiku's GUI".
