Description
In revision da16a9289414991b0dfa68b9979d9f744a2ebdff, the loading of change-log from the server was introduced, but this was lost in c23b641cf1d0555ef7da2f1e4975c1aa4c688230 (or similar) when the bulk-download mechanic changed. Probably the best thing would be to introduced a new API call to the server to get the change-log on-demand. This way the bulk data will not get overly large.
