It still was in 1.6.8 and I don't think I fixed it. It is related to the missing button borders in some cases. There is an issue with the handling of transforms, leading to drawing things in the wrong place.
It involves scrolling the page, and having transforms on some elements in the page, which we don't compute in the right order so we draw and/or mask out stuff at the wrong place.

The remaining problem with transforms has been fixed shortly before the beta3 release, so this should be fine now.
