It seems that Scrollbar color is ignored from Appearance settings

Indeed it seems the wrong base color is used here: https://github.com/haiku/webkit/blob/c9c2a25d410c3cc90b11f4219783349b5a7b868b/Source/WebCore/platform/haiku/ScrollbarThemeHaiku.cpp#L234

Irrelevant here, but the Topic Index dotted border looks strange in WebPositive.
