Description
It would be a useful feature if it were possible to have MediaPlayer embedded into certain media apps. Examples would be video editing apps or an app like BePodder, which could play a video clip in an embedded fixed size window. It would allow for a clean and simple interface in certain cases.

Why? We havethe media kit which makes it (relatively) easy to show a video embedded in an application. There is no need to use any of the mediaplayer code for this.
