Mixed syslog messages

Description
Sometimes i see the following in the syslog:
*SOMEME*something_else*SSAGE*
I mean more message got mixed together. Here are some examples:
KERN: bfs: KERN: ifmedia_add: Adding Entry... KERN: mounted "Data" (root node at 524288, device = /dev/disk/scsi/0/0/0/3)
or
KERN: bfs: KERN: Mode: 11g
It seems like the network drivers inserts their messages somehow in the middle of other messages. MAybe something with multithreading?
