HaikuTwitter does not connect with Twitter

Hello everyone,
Trying to connect with Twitter through HaikuTwitter I get always the same response by Twitter on Web+:
The request token for this page is invalid. It may have already been used, or expired because it is too old. Please go back to the site or application that sent you here and try again; it was probably just a mistake.
HaikuTwitter waits for a PIN while Web+ takes ages to load the Twitter page, resulting in "Authentication failed". No log available. Sometimes, after trying and getting this issue, HaikuTwitter hangs and needs to be killed through terminal.
