[FirstBootPrompt] disable keymap selection until there is builtin Keymap Switcher

Description
Selecting a certain language in FirstBootPrompt preselects keymap layout which is confusing for most users as there is no Keymap Switcher installed by default after that. After install a user has to figure out his way to either run HaikuDepot and install Keymap Switcher (which is not always available if network doesn't work) or run Keymap preflet to reset layout so he can use US layout again (e.g. in Terminal).
This was discussed quite a few times now and in the past so I thought it at least deserves a workaround for beta1.

We should consider including it in nightlies as well. I'd say it's pretty much required for i18n support?
When do we start shipping test images built with the release profile so people can test them? When do we review the list of included packages? (it probably deserves some updates since alpha4 days?)

Special casing was added to FirstBootPrompt for the affected languages.
KeymapSwitcher is included in the release build profiles: http://xref.plausible.coop/source/xref/haiku/build/jam/DefaultBuildProfiles#80
So this is not a beta1 issue.
