WebPositive - restarting a download opens a new browser window

Description
After cancelling a download in WebPositive's Downloads window, when we click the Restart button to resume the download, a new browser window is opened. The new window stays blank and the URL is displayed in the URL bar. The download starts as expected, but that new browser window is not necessary.
This was observed in Haiku R1/beta1 (hrev52295+100) x86_64.
