Wrongly enabled buttons in Background preflet

Description

If you compare R5's Backgroud app with Haiku's one you'll see that in just started Background app there are two buttons (Revert and Apply) enabled, but in R5's one they aren't. I assume this is a bug.

Working when build for Dano, I expect this to be a bug in Interface Kit or app_server

Tested on Haiku and not reproduced at revision 16377. maybe fixed in the meantime.
