Some catalogs appear 'uneditable' at Pootle

Description
If you go to https://i18n.haiku-os.org/pootle/projects/haiku/ you see a few languages that appear 'uneditable' in that list, i.e. greyed out: Danish, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese.
If you click yourself down to the offending catalog, you see they differ:
- Danish: stylededit
- Hindi: pop3
- Indonesian: filetypes
- Italian: processcontroller
- Portuguese: keymap
