Tracker offers options that don't exist

Description

The 'blue folder' Tracker windows like Applications, Demos, Desktop Applets and Preferences offer a 'List View' under 'Windows' with two options: 'Mini' and 'Large'.

Selecting either of those does nothing, which results in a bad user experience.

This is because when Axel made icon size dependent solely on font size he forgot to remove this code.

To fix, simply revert the following commit: ​https://git.haiku-os.org/haiku/commit/?id=ed99a95f359befa9029c95f173b025ad2d1af1b9
