Expando animation gets stuck

Description
This is hrev52976.
I run my Deskbar with the setting "Show application expander" and "Expand new applications" activated. I autostart Clipdinger and PoorMan, both are started with minimized windows (in case of PoorMan with a 'hey' command).
Right after boot-up, I normally collapse the Expander'ed entries of Clipdinger and PoorMan by clicking on the little arrow widget. Quite often the arrow animation gets stuck on the first click and shows a half-rotated arrow:
I click again on the arrow and it un-stucks, finishes the animation and collapses the entry. This seems to only happen on first click, afterwards I can de/collapse with the Expando widget to my heart's content...

I kept an eye on it for a bit, but haven't encountered it again. Fixed! Thanks very much!
