vendor 1b6f: Etron Technology, Inc.

device 7023: EJ168 USB 3.0 Host Controller

KERN: usb_disk: got device name "Kingston DataTraveler 3.0 PMAP": No error

Perform a read/write test on a NTFS formatted USB 3.0 thumb drive. After unmounting the flash drive, Haiku will KDL when the device is removed from the slot.

This looks like a general USB stack issue, not an XHCI driver issue. But I could be wrong.
