Radeon graphics cards fail on Acer AXC-704

Acer AXC-704-EB52
Radeon HD 7570
Many different Radeon graphics cards show only a black screen on this PC. The HD 7570 is the exception, but the screen has vertical lines running throughout, and sometimes the screen is split with a black bar.
The card works perfectly on all my other PC's. I have attached a syslog from both working and non-working PC for comparison.
