Hint on battery icon does not updates when charger connected (Notebook)

Description

When notebook running on battery the hint on battery icon freeze at some point and connecting notebook to charger adapter does not change hint content - it stay on same level of battery and "discharging" state.

Probably your laptop needs special driver (Emdedded Controller) or you have buggy firmware. Please post hardware info.
