Description
Using a TV Wonder PCI card that I used long ago under BeOS, doesn't work under Haiku. I put the bt848.media_addon add-on in /boot/home/config/non-packaged/add-ons and the driver bt848 in /boot/home/config/non-packaged/add-ons/kernel/drivers/bin with a symlink to /boot/home/config/non-packaged/add-ons/kernel/drivers/dev/video/bt848 as they are in a normal BeOS system. Just to mention this page, it says that the card is using a bt878 chip. The device is recognized and media preferences shows it as a media device, it lets you select as video input in the video settings. But no software can use the card, no errors, but no output at all from the card.
