After hrev53487 ProcessController bars became too narrow.

I made them the same height as the text. It's taller than before, but I think it looks ok. Do they overlap?

They don't. I think I can try to get used to it. The more annoying in that regard is #14984.

Milestone: Unscheduled → R1/beta2

Assign tickets with status=closed and resolution=fixed within the R1/beta2 development window to the R1/beta2 Milestone
