Description
hrev 53566 AMD Ryzen 5 3400G . . .
The ones to select a specific application do not appear.
The video shows this and a stupid workaround.
1) In the main filters "rounded box" click on field...
2) Select component
3) Select the upper level component
4) Click or on the lower far right
5) Select component in the new field... you have just created
6) Select the specific component you want
7) Subtract the original line you made

And there's more!
When adding a bug, there is a similar invisible dropdown.

Indeed, there is an invisible text box in part 1 that you can click too.

It seems dropdowns on your system are invisible by default. So they are there, but you can't see them?
Did you change color settings in Haiku or are you using the defaults?
