Description
Provide support for Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) 2.
SPEC: https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG2/ (04 October 2018)
NOTE: Provide default SVG 1.1/2.0 support for graphic designers and illustrators using industry tools like Adobe Illustrator 24.0 and Inkscape 0.92.4 to open/save/modify (i.e. import/export) SVG icons and SVG-based graphic art in Haiku.

The point of translators is anyone can add more. We do not plan for more built-in ones at the moment. There is an SVG translator in HaikuDepot already.
