This is hrev53835.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create folder
新規フォルダー
. - Create some file in this folder that can be opened in WebPositive.
- Open that file in WebPositive.
- URL like
file:///boot/home/%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF/output
will appear andNo such file or directory.
alert will be displayed.

https://review.haiku-os.org/c/haiku/+/1193 would probably help (at least reduce the confusion) but it's an API/ABI change.
