Your syslog only mentions a laptop integrated display with a resolution of 1024x600. I see no trace of a 1920x1080. Your attached "listdev" (which is in fact lspci from Linux) also says it's running at 1024x600.
But the ticket description and screenshot are with 1920x1080. Are you sure they are all from the same setup?

yes, it is a laptop and works with 1024x600... with external vga out (Monitor) it works with 1920x1080 but with some artefacts at the bottom of the screen if the bottom is touched by a window... I will try to get a syslog with the external monitor (vga) attached...

the artefacts still present.
New syslog added. Haiku 32bit nightly with intel extrem experimental driver v4.
btw the monitor samsung adjust itself when switching from 60 to 72Hz back and forth automatically
forgot to mention... the artefacts show only when hovering/touching with the mouse or a window in the bottom of the screen ca. 1 or 2%.. see screenshot. Otherwise the screen shows up correct. I cannot however take a screenshoot with the mouse touching the bottom of the screen, the screenshoot will show a correct view!?
