In FuryBSD (FreeBSD 12.1 based) recognized and find some APs.

As far as I can tell, the realtekwifi driver code does the exact same thing on both FreeBSD 12.1 and the code we have (which I think is from 12.0 but I could be misremembering.) Can you post a FreeBSD kernel log here, please?

Sorry, i clear usb flash with FuryBSD, but i almost forgot, i tried FreeBSD 12.1 base installation, and it didn`t find the card even after if_urtwn_load="YES" in loader.conf. I will try BSD again tomorrow and get logs.

Do you mean it now works?

No, it does not work. This is due to the features of wireless network switches in Lenovo laptops. If specifically on this netbook there is a Wi-Fi hardware switch, and additionally a combination of keys, (hardlock and softlock, respectively). With softlock, equipment is detected but does not work. As I understand it, we do not have a mechanism for working with softlock. In other laptops, all the cards that I checked in this netbook work.

Well, then the ticket should stay open as Haiku can or should do something different, then.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
