Battery Status show incorrectly characteristics of notebook's battery

Description

I have notebook Toshiba Satellite C660-16D with broken battery when i run Battery Status then some characteristics are wrong see screenshot. Capasity and possibly current rate. If i correctly understand when CPU load goes to 100% then current rate become higher but it's not.

I have a similar issue, incidentally two battery widgets that show different max capities, and thus different states for the charge.
