Expander doesn't give feedback on missing command

Description
When a command required to unarchive or list the contents of a file is missing, Expander just leaves a blank window. Like with unrar.
It should at least warn the user that installing a package might fix it. Ideally propose installing the corresponding command (maybe we need to add a field in the rules?).
