[Webpositive] Scrollbars are not drawn correctly with some framed pages

Description
Install FilWip. Open it and display help or, load directly file /boot/system/documentation/packages/filwip/Index.html in Web+.
Scrollbars on the right and bottom have white arrows intead of painted of the current panel colour. A part at the bottom of the right scrollbar is white. It seems about the height of the top frame.
