Moving windows with shortcut does not work

Description
The documentation (user guide) says that holding CTRL and ALT and left click dragging anywhere in the window should move the window. It does not, it resizes the window, just like the same action with right clicking does.

Works here on beta2. Check the mouse settings in the Input prefs, if you somehow got a messed up button assignage.
