[HaikuDepot] Featured packages list icon and text sizes are too big

Description
The size of each list item in the Featured packages tab of HaikuDepot seems to be needlessly oversized. By default, when you first open HaikuDepot, only two items can appear in the list at a time. It makes for a poor user experience while trying to scroll through the list.
I would suggest reducing the size of each list item by at least 50% so that by default there are at least four visible list items at any given time.
