Description
The OpenBeOS newsletter were on the old OpenBeOS website and never made it to the Haiku one.
They are on the web archive, fortunately: http://web.archive.org/web/20050303202612/http://open-beos.sourceforge.net/nsl.php?mode=archive
A backup from there was also uploaded to github: https://github.com/q5sys/OpenBeOSNewsletter
These should be integrated in the website (under legacy-docs, probably) for future preservation.

I got the HTML cleaned up, I'll send a PR for the web repo when I have time this week.

Ths merge request has been merged and the OpenBeOS newsletters are now visible here: https://www.haiku-os.org/legacy-docs/openbeosnewsletter/index.html
The next step would be integrating them back into the current website as articles, instead of using the old OpenBeOS style. This will need some cleanup of the HTML code, probably.

There are some integrity problems: link sometimes go to the wrong page and some articles are missing.

That should probably be tracked in separate issues; at least the newsletters have been restored at this point.
I should have time this weekend to get this taken care of. If not this weekend then definitely next weekend.
