Selected desktop icon is not distinguishable enough with black background

Description
Steps:
- Have at least one icon on Desktop
- Change Desktop background to black
- Select an icon
Expected:
- File name should be highlighted in some form in addition to the icon
Actual:
- Only the file icon is highlighted (selected, shadowed)
