BSoundPlayer::SetHasData() doesn't behave like in R5

In R5 you don't have to use the method SetHasData(true) to let BSoundPlayer ask for filling buffers. In Haiku you have to. Maybe it's an R5 bug but for compatibility I think is metter to set HasData to true by default.
