Description
It would be really cool to have a global preview window that the text editors can use for Markdown files.
Ideally this window should have live updating.

This might have been a StyledEdit feature with a second pane, but it can be implemented as a second window to be more Haiku-like. If it's available as a separate window, it would make more sense to make it a separate component, so that Koder, Pe etc. can also use it.
It might even evolve into a macOS Quick Look type of feature.

Still it doesn't need to be in Haiku, there is support for add-ons and scripting that allows doing it completely outside of the OS. I agree with X512 that this should be 3rd party software. We provide the platform, and then people do cool things with it.
How it is related to Haiku system itself? Why it can't be implemented as 3-rd party software?
