They are already merged in Input section.

Those single pages aren't exported anymore already, and the contents page don't mention those prefas panels anymore either.
We keep those pages in the tool's interface for now, to give translators the opportunity to migrate already translated blocks to the Input Prefs page. I added a paragraph on each of those pages, urging people not to translate that page, but the Input Prefs page instead.
