Description
Alright ... so I have a Huion Kamvas GT-191, which is a display tablet (a screen itself).
When it's plugged in on its own it is recognized as a screen only, the pen is not registered by the kernel at all (when I list USB devices in Terminal, only shows as Tablet Monitor). The pen doesn't require charging or batteries.
My idea was to convert/translate the existing driver to work under Haiku. What I've used on Linux (mainly Debian distros) was this driver by Digimend, which was later implemented in kernel, so only thing that was left was to calibrate pen input upon every boot. https://digimend.github.io/drivers/
I will provide source codes of both Linux and Windows versions of the driver, just in case (original might be useful).
Regards Uros
