Update translation credits in AboutSystem

The credits need to be extracted from Pootle. I think nielx knows how to do this.

I see that you ordered the entries by first name. At least in French they would normally be ordered by last name ("phonebook sorting") and I think that's what was done before (even if it doesn't make sense with people having only a single nickname or login name here).

I fully admit that I did, and the reason is laziness mostly. The merging process is manual, and Pootle spits out the list alphabetically, and not even case insensitive sorting.

Add to that we also have users with only a nickname, and users that have non-latin character names, and it becomes a bit much.

But mostly laziness.
