Printer test page leaf icon tiny

Description
The leaf icon that is printed in the printer test page has a physical size of about 10mm * 4mm, the allocated viewport is about 100mm * 93,5mm
In the Preview printer the leaf icon also always has the same physical size on screen, no matter the zoom, all other items zoom correctly. I assume these two items are related.
