3DmiX: UNIMPLEMENTED messages and small issues

Tested: 3DmiX v1.1 on Haiku R1B3 x86_gcc2 (hrev55181+55)
3DmiX seems to work fine when loading *.3Dmix projects and individual audio files. There is an issue if you load the *.3dmix projects from the 3DmiX menu versus directly from a desktop window - but no issue with the audio files when adding/subtracting tracks. Some unimplmented Bsubscriber / BDACStream messsages were observed in a terminal window.
