Description

For some reason, the page on reporting bugs at ​https://www.haiku-os.org/docs/welcome/en/bugreports.html is not linked on the User Guide contents page here: ​https://www.haiku-os.org/docs/userguide/en/contents.html

Seeing as the reporting bugs page is very important it would be good if it were linked on the contents page.

Reporting bugs isn't really part of using the OS. It's linked from the Welcome page.
