Web+ doesn't show background of some buttons

Description

This is with HaikuWebKit 1.8.4

The green buttons at ​https://github.com , e.g. "Code", "Merge...", "Comment" are unreadable, because the green background isn't drawn, so it's a white text on white background. You only see the grey button border.

On some buttons, it's white on very light grey, and Magnify reveals that there actually is text at all:

Might be related to #15475 ?

This is the merge button with falkon (taken in the few seconds before it crashes :)

Still here with hrev56578+31, 64bit - HaikuWebKit 1.9.0 - WebKit 615.1.10
