if you have Ubuntu or similar, you could install intel-gpu-tools and dump the regs with:

sudo intel_reg --dump > ivybridge_0166_ubuntu_dump.txt

I hope Linux mint works (could't get Ubuntu to install intel-gpu-tools) and dump without the --

Looks interesting for rudolfc (this uses lvds).

Actually I think this looks like this laptop runs with eDP, FDI is down, data/link MN is programmed, and first crtc, scaler from the looks of it. The dump is very interesting..

Why do you think it uses lvds @korli? I might be missing something of course?

Hi, Looking again at the syslog I see I was mistaken: LVDS panel indeed! Sorry for the noise..

No update for this yet I'm afraid..

Hello, could you please try hrev55845 (or later)? Please test it and upload the syslog once more with your comments :-)

The drive; will at least dump a bit more info about the FDI link which I will need, since it's not programmed correctly from the looks of the existing log above.

Thanks in advance!
