Unstable internet speed connection

Description
When big files are downloading, only 1/3 of full speed of my internet speed is using. Connect speed is very unstable - look at screen.

Tested speed in ubuntu at the same time (+2 minutes exactly after reload to it). In ubuntu same torrent, from same place had downloaded in 3,5 MB/s, and speed was stable - almost a horizontal line. Will upload syslog later. Thank you for your great work!

Downloading big packet from HaikuDepot. My provider speed is 3,5 Mb/s. Haiku uses only approx. 1Mb/s. On ubuntu on same devise speed is 3,5 Mb/s.

Download speed of 628MB ISO file:
This isn't necessarily a problem in Haiku, it may well be that the clients at the other end are limited in their connection to you. Can you check via other means if the internet is slow?
Also, please upload a syslog.
