Description (last modified by )
When booting Haiku on my HP laptop after turning on, the actual display will be either shrunk down to a portion of the screen or enlarged beyond the actual resolution. It seems to be an eDP one too. Modesetting also just scales the actual display in case of the formar.

Hi Diver, when it comes to hardware support, please be extra-carefull not to dismiss lookalikes to easily. There are numerous small variations within seeminly same systems possible, which all deliver nessesary pieces of the total puzzle: which can only be solved reasonably well when these pieces are all looked at..
That being said, I appreciate all the extra checking done by you guys!

Cacodemon345, the syslog has rolled. Better attach syslog and syslog.old files.
