Open WebPositive
Navagate to https://haiku-os.org
right click on the Haiku(R) logo in the top left corner of the page and select:
Download linked file
The downloads window opens but the download never starts.

In this case it was a webkit problem however. It's not that horrible to open a duplicate ticket, there are quite some people here that will close them if neccesary :)
